i think i want to have a go at kiddies wear...

the more i think about it the more i want to...
i have always liked doing menswear because i like the more practical approach, multi functional, appealing to male geekier side, and above all comfortable, practical, technical, fabric-allly interesting clothing.
Womenswear has never appealed to me, boring, all aesthetic, women will wear anything even if it hurts, pinches etc to do so. for example high heels, the entire concept/practicality baffles me.

id never thought of it until sue pointed it out in a crit but kidswear is practical, it has to be clever, interactive, highly practical ie mess, technical fabrics for sensitive skin/stains/breathable, but above all it has this fun sort of exciting aesthetic element with bright colour and patterns, open to collabortative projects with my graphics friends for fun logo's full of colour and interest...

im intrigued!
